cd222 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and cd222 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us"). Your registration of an account on cd222 or continued use of any service provided through the cd222 platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users accessing cd222 from any jurisdiction, including users located in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of cd222 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. cd222 does not make any representation that its services are lawful in any particular country or territory.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on cd222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cd222 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited under all circumstances and any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in association with, any syndicate, organisation or third party in connection with your wagering activity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a cd222 account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

cd222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users) and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on cd222. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including a valid email address and, where required, a Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cd222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify cd222 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. cd222 may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification before restoring access to a compromised account.

4. Deposits & Payments

cd222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — the standard minimum is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card deposits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cd222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

cd222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cd222 bears no responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of cd222's Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. First-time withdrawals require the submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC for Pakistani users) confirming the account holder's identity and age. KYC verification is ordinarily completed within 24 hours of submission.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Ordinarily processed within a few hours of approval, subject to standard business hours.
• Bank Transfer: One to two business days depending on the recipient bank.
• USDT TRC20: Typically within 30 minutes of blockchain confirmation.

cd222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are identified as requiring additional review under applicable compliance obligations. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and processing times may be extended accordingly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cd222 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns to extract bonus value, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on cd222 — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, video poker and instant win titles — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures observed in real time by independent studio operators. cd222 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of an unresolved round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. cd222's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the wager amount placed on the affected round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cd222 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of software vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or the use of cd222 for any criminal purpose
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions
• Engaging in match-fixing or any corrupt wagering activity in sports betting markets
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or syndicates

9. Account Suspension & Termination

cd222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, a violation of applicable law, or where required by a regulatory or compliance obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, cd222 may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

Users may close their cd222 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cd222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions, technical issues outside cd222's reasonable control, or force majeure events.

The total aggregate liability of cd222 to any user in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

cd222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a notification on the platform. Your continued use of cd222 following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cd222 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Users accessing cd222 from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
